Energy Audits
We have
a proven three-step process that will save you money on your utilities
expenses or there is NO cost to you. Not only does our approach
afford you minimum risk, but it provides guaranteed savings with
simple payback on your terms.
PHASE I - The Opportunity Analysis
After spending about an hour with you, and then conducting a brief
inspection of your facility, we use our years of experience and
expertise to determine if opportunities exist for significant savings.
There is no cost to you for this Phase. We identify the order of
magnitude savings and then ask if you would like a proposal for
an Energy Audit.
PHASE II - The Energy Audit
With your concurrence, we submit a proposal to conduct an Energy
Audit of a selected facility. We suggest starting with just one
building so that you can gain confidence in how we work. The typical
cost for this audit is $0.10 - $0.20/ SF.However, we GUARANTEE in
our proposal that our Audit will identify savings in the range and
with the simple payback period that we identified in our Opportunity
Analysis, or you are not charged for the Audit.
PHASE III - The Implementation
After you have reviewed the results of the Audit, you decide whether
you want to proceed with the implementation of any of the initiatives
that we have identified (the costs for implementation will have
been identified in the audit).We GUARANTEE the savings we
project, or you are refunded the difference between Projected and
Actual.
